Privacy Notice
Last updated: 4 August 2026
HARMONEE respects your privacy. This notice explains which personal data is processed through harmonee.nl, why we process it and which rights you have.
Data controller
HARMONEE is responsible for processing personal data through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at contact@harmonee.nl.
Website visits
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical data, such as your IP address, the time of your visit, the requested file, the referring page and browser information. HARMONEE currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no external tracking tools.
Pilot partner form
When you use the pilot partner form, we process your name, business email address, organisation, role and message to assess your request and contact you. The form does not store this information in a website database. Your request is securely sent to HARMONEE by email.
To reduce spam and protect the form, a pseudonymised hash of the IP address and submission timestamps is used temporarily for rate limiting. The content of your request is not stored for this purpose.
Purposes and legal bases
We process technical data based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and properly functioning website. We process form data to respond to your request, assess it and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a potential collaboration.
Hosting and recipients
The website and email services are hosted by STRATO GmbH in Germany. STRATO processes technical data on behalf of HARMONEE for hosting, security and email delivery. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling or advertising.
Retention periods
STRATO may retain IP addresses in security logs for up to seven days. We retain form requests in our email environment only for as long as necessary to assess and follow up the request and any resulting collaboration. Submission timestamps cease to count towards rate limiting after fifteen minutes.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to processing. Send your request to contact@harmonee.nl. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
Making a complaint
If you have a complaint, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
We may update this notice when our website or data processing changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
